For a while now I’ve had an ad on the bulletin board in my building, seeking out owners who have a one-bedroom apartment they’d like to rent. I crafted very specific language for this ad, but lately haven’t been too active in replacing it each week when they take down the old postings. (I am fairly busy.)
So imagine my surprise today when some other Ryan posted the following:
